easyDCP Creator+ generally allows you to open and further edit encrypted DCPs. Depending on how the film key is provided, there are different workflows for editing an encrypted DCP:
1. You have an easyDCP Digest (*.dcpdig)
If you have an easyDCP Digest, easyDCP assumes that you are the rights holder of the DCP.
