Every easyDCP or IMF product purchased includes a 12-month service package.
After this period, a service extension (minimum 12 months) can be purchased.

The service includes:

• Free updates
• Free technical customer service via email
• No additional costs for upgrades to an extended version of the easyDCP or IMF product
• Free roaming (convenient registration of the easyDCP or IMF application on different hardware systems)

Once customer service has expired, these services are no longer available.

Additional fees may apply if you wish to use these services again at a later date, e.g., to perform an update. These fees depend on how long ago the service expired and how many versions of the easyDCP product have been released.
