After purchasing each easyDCP Publisher project, you have 3 months to get the free re-finishing option for your DCP.

Here we describe how you can do this:

• Login into your easyDCP webaccout and choose sales support. Give us a short brief note for statisitical purposes, which is the reason for your project to be re-finished. In any case you, will receive a personal voucher by e-mail for re-finishing your project.

If you have received your voucher, please proceed as follows: 

1. Go into project manager, select the "Publish" screen selection
2. Select your affected project and click on "Duplicate" in the menu bar
3. Now you find a copy of the project in screen selection "Compose"  
4. Please make your desired changes
5. Check your project for quality control via "Preview"
6. Publish your project again and use the "ADD COUPON" button in the payment process 
7. Enter here the unlock code you received by e-mail.

Repeat this option as often as necessary within 3 months of the first purchase.
